Aromatherapy to aid sleep

Hi all.
I'm back again with more questions.
Can anyone recommend me some oil to help me get to sleep of an evening.
I use an aromatherapy candle burner around the house, but it's more for the nice smell than for any purpose.
I'd be very interested in finding out the benifits of different oils.
