Heavy Lifting after a session.

Ok,
I have a really silly question.
I've been told that after a Bowen session you shouldn't lift any heavy items and i'd like to clarify what "heavy" means.
I have an 18 month little girl and I wasnt to know if I should be lifting her and carrying her around after a session.
