sinus problems.

Has anyone tried using the Hopi ear candles to help with bunged up sinus's?
I always seem bunged up; but as i will be going on holiday (and therefore flying for a few hours soon)I was wondering if it would help to stop my ears from hurting as they alway pop like mad and the pain can be quite intense sometimes.
Would this be a good treatment to have before i'm due to fly?

Snoring

I was reading your ear candling page and see that you say it helps snoring. Can you please elaborate as I was considering a more sever solution to my hubby's "problem"

You have heard the phrase "snores like a pig" - well, i'm surprised you can't hear my pig from where you live!
