Does it work?

Hiya everyone.

I have seen some reports that complementary health care therapies are a load of rubbish and some reports that swear blind that they work.

I notice that the general NHS is now recommending some complementary stuff, so there must be something to it. Also, how did the human race survive for hundreds of thousands of years before modern drugs and techniques were invented if not by using some of the complementary or alternative methods in use today?

I have read the testimonials on here and they seem to back up the "they work" train of thought. I just be interested in having a discussion with people who have been treated by Natures Ways and see what they think.
