I love massage but whenever I go I seem to get a little bit of a rash.
I believe it is the grapeseed oil in the massage lotion my masseuse uses.
Can you recommend me an alternate lotion that I can take with me to get her to use instead ?

I would speak to your masseuse because a good quality Grapeseed carrier oil should not cause any irritation. Also she should have some alternative massage medium that she could use e.g. Sweet Almond oil, Macadamia oil, massage cream or lotion etc., Discuss it with her and if you require further help let me know.

Ok, I only thought it was the grapeseed as a friend said it could be the cause.
Saying that she's no specialist so I will speak to my masseuse next week and see what she says.
Thank you again Karen for your speedy and informative reply.
I love the site buy the way, I'm even thinking of signing up for the 1 day Reiki course.
