I sometimes suffer from sinus trouble and the doctor usually gives me a nose spray. It clears up for a while then comes back and a friend of mine said he found reflexology helped when he had the same problem. Do you think reflexology can cure my sinus trouble?

I always have trouble with my nose as well. I am using Sudafed Nasal spray pretty much all the time.

I have not heard that reflexology could help. Does anyone have any information?

Reflexology has many benefits and can assist many conditions. Overall the aim of reflexology is to help the body to create a better balanced more harmonious state thereby helping to improve the overall function. A course of treatments will assist a more efficient removal of impurities and toxins and we would also show you how to self administer hand reflexology between treatments.
Specifically with regards to sinusitis you could also look at your lifestyle e.g. the foods you eat, could any of these be causing your irritation?. Do you have any allergies? Do you drink enough water? These are some of the things that would be discussed in more detail at you appointment. (Karen Natures Ways)

I had an operation a few years ago to remove some polyps and I could breath well for about a month after my nose healed, but it's as bad as it was before the operation now.

What else do you recommend for sinus trouble?
