Hi all.
I've recently started going to the gym and it seems to be giving me stretch marks.
I'm a size 14 and 5,6" and have never had stretch marks before.
Is there anything I can do to reduce stretch marks and prevent any more in the future.
I'd much prefer a natural remedy.

Have heard great things about Bio Oil. Which you can buy from all good chemists and some big supermarkets.It's also very good on scar tissue and aid healing aswel. I'm sure that there is some good aromathreapy oils that will also help. Best to ask Karen at Natures way, she maybe could even reccomment a blend that is good for you skin type.

I used Bio oil on my appendix scar and have to say I was quite impressed.
It looks so much better after only 9 months
