Bowen and reflexology
I have been coming to Karen for a number of years, initially for reflexology which always help me relax and eases various aches and pains. More recently the Bowen sessions have helped with flare ups of back, neck and hip pain. I thoroughly recommend Karen to anyone.

Bowen Technique
I have suffered from knee pain for several years and having under gone a weekly treatment of the Bowen Technique the pain in my knee has been greatly relieved as has my general feeling of well being and flexibility

Bowen Technique in Pregnancy
I had Bowen treatments in the run up to my home birth delivery this year - as recommended in the Gentle Birth Method book. I believe it really helped to open up my pelvis in preparation for birth.

Facial
I have had many facials over the years and recently i booked one at Natures Ways. I can honestly say it was the best experiance i have ever had. Jamie was very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. What was refreshing was the consultation process as she found out what my skin was like and the things that afffected it. The treatment was so relaxing i fell asleep. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after the facial and my skin was glowing. The after care advice and guidance was excellent and being able to sample products was as a real bonus. I intend to have a facial on a regular basis and look forward to my next one.

Bowen treatments
I am a mother with a young baby of 18 months and ever since the birth I have had lower back pain. Some days it was so bad I could not pick up my baby and this was very distressing.
The Bowen Technique was recommended to me by a friend who had found it very helpful. I had never heard of it and was sceptical when I went for my 1st treatment. I experienced some relief and was looking forward to my next one.
After the second treatment I was in quite a bit of discomfort and thought I should cancel, but I spoke to Karen who explained that this was a positive sign that my body was trying to get better.
I can only say that I am so glad I listened to her as my back is now so much better and I have no problems picking up my daughter.
